Greetings my name is Jay with the Consolidated Roofing Systems blog. I have been employed in the roof repair field for over 25 years, I've worked all around the country in various capacities. I worked my way to the top from apprentice to foreman and also spent time as a quotation specialist and QAE Specialist. At the present I work as a trainer in the roof profession and assist by coaching them on proper roofing methods and help manage the overhead.
